End User License Agreement

By downloading, installing, accessing, activating, purchasing, licensing, or using any LilCancerMan Productions app, software product, downloadable file, tool, utility, template-based software, packaged digital product, or related technology offering, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement.

If you do not agree to this agreement, do not install, access, or use the applicable software or digital product.

This EULA may apply to current and future LilCancerMan Productions technology offerings, including:

• mobile apps;
• desktop tools and utilities;
• downloadable software products;
• digital productivity tools;
• templates with software-like functionality;
• bundled digital packages containing executable or interactive components;
• future software, app, and utility releases.

If a particular product includes additional license terms, platform rules, store terms, open-source notices, or product-specific restrictions, those may also apply.

Subject to your compliance with this agreement, LilCancerMan Productions grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the applicable software or digital product for its intended personal, internal, or authorized business use.

This is a license, not a sale of intellectual property. No ownership rights are transferred to you except for the limited usage rights expressly granted here.

You may use the licensed product only in accordance with:

• this EULA;
• the product's intended purpose;
• any accompanying instructions or store listing descriptions;
• applicable law;
• any separate written permissions granted by LilCancerMan Productions.

Except where prohibited by law, you may not:

• copy, reproduce, distribute, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the product except as expressly permitted;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the product;
• remove copyright, branding, ownership, watermark, attribution, or license notices;
• modify, adapt, or create derivative works for redistribution unless explicitly permitted;
• use the product in a fraudulent, unlawful, abusive, or infringing manner;
• share license-protected files, app packages, or premium downloads with unauthorized users;
• circumvent payment systems, license controls, access limits, or usage restrictions;
• use the product in any way that violates platform rules or third-party rights.

LilCancerMan Productions and its owner retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the software, apps, product structures, interfaces, names, branding, code, logic, systems, media, documentation, bundled files, and all related intellectual property, except for third-party materials that remain owned by their respective licensors.

Nothing in this EULA transfers ownership of the underlying intellectual property to the end user.

LilCancerMan Productions may release updates, patches, fixes, changes, improvements, replacements, or discontinuations at any time, with or without notice, to the extent permitted by law.

There is no obligation to provide ongoing maintenance, bug fixes, updates, feature expansions, or compatibility support unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Some products may include or rely on third-party components, app-store services, payment systems, open-source libraries, device APIs, cloud tools, authentication systems, or platform dependencies.

Third-party components remain subject to their own applicable licenses, terms, and policies. LilCancerMan Productions is not responsible for third-party outages, deprecations, platform policy changes, removed APIs, or service disruptions outside its control.

Use of a LilCancerMan Productions app, tool, or software product may involve the collection, storage, transmission, or processing of certain information as described in the applicable Privacy Policy or product-specific disclosures.

Some products may require activation, account access, marketplace authentication, store association, license validation, or platform-controlled permissions. You are responsible for maintaining your own device security, account access, lawful use, and compliance with applicable platform terms.

Purchases and downloads made through Google Play, Apple App Store, or other third-party storefronts may also be governed by their separate store rules.

Some LilCancerMan Productions apps or tools may be offered as offline utilities, lightweight digital tools, paid downloads, ad-supported apps, premium unlock products, subscription-based software, or experimental releases. Features, compatibility, device support, storage behavior, export rights, and available functionality may vary by product and version.

It is your responsibility to review the product description, compatibility requirements, and any usage limitations before purchase or installation.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, LilCancerMan Productions apps, software, and digital tools are provided for general informational, productivity, educational, utility, organizational, entertainment, or creative purposes only.

They are not a substitute for medical, legal, mental health, financial, tax, cybersecurity certification, compliance review, or other regulated professional advice or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, all LilCancerMan Productions software, apps, and digital products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

LilCancerMan Productions disclaims, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, title, accuracy, reliability, availability, compatibility, or uninterrupted performance.

LilCancerMan Productions does not guarantee that any app, software product, utility, or digital tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, current, compatible with all devices, accepted by all stores, or suitable for your specific needs.

Performance may vary depending on hardware, operating system version, settings, device condition, third-party services, account state, updates, storage, permissions, and other factors outside direct control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LilCancerMan Productions and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use of, or inability to use, the licensed product.

This includes, without limitation, loss of data, lost profits, lost business, device malfunction, interruption, purchase loss, export issues, corrupted files, missed reminders, app-store issues, or reliance on output, calculations, or generated results.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of important data, reviewing outputs before relying on them, and using the licensed product in a safe and appropriate manner.

Where a product stores, calculates, tracks, reminds, exports, or organizes information, you remain responsible for verifying important information independently before taking significant action based on it.

This license may terminate automatically if you violate this EULA. LilCancerMan Productions may also suspend, restrict, deactivate, or revoke access to a licensed product where permitted by law if misuse, abuse, fraud, unauthorized sharing, payment reversal, or legal risk is involved.

Upon termination, you must stop using the affected product and, where applicable, delete unauthorized copies still in your possession or control.

Refund rights, if any, may depend on the nature of the product, whether access has been granted, whether the purchase was made through a third-party platform, and any applicable platform or checkout rules.

This EULA shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws governing the operator of LilCancerMan Productions, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

If any part of this EULA is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

LilCancerMan Productions may update this EULA from time to time as products evolve, software offerings expand, app-store rules change, or business and legal needs develop.

Updated versions may be posted on this page, and continued use of applicable software or digital products after an updated version becomes effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.

This EULA should be read alongside the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Disclaimer, and any product-level terms or store-specific rules that may apply.
