License
When an LCMP software product is distributed with this agreement, LCMP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use that product for its intended purpose and under the plan or written terms supplied with it.
Restrictions
You may not copy, resell, rent, reverse engineer, bypass security, or use the product unlawfully except where applicable law permits a specific right that cannot be waived.
Ownership and third-party components
LCMP and its licensors retain ownership of the product and its underlying intellectual property. Open-source and third-party components remain subject to their own licenses.
Availability and support
Features, integrations, and availability can change. Support, uptime commitments, data handling, and any commercial rights are governed by the specific product terms or written agreement, if one exists.
