Client services
Refunds, deposits, cancellations, and payment milestones for client work are governed by the written proposal or agreement for that project. Because custom work is time-based and tailored, completed work and committed third-party costs are generally not refundable unless the written agreement says otherwise.
Support contributions
Support contributions are personal gifts, not purchases and not tax-deductible donations. If a contribution was made in error, contact LCMP promptly with the Stripe receipt details. Any refund decision is evaluated case by case and may be limited by Stripe’s processing rules.
Third-party products
Affiliate links and third-party purchases are governed by the merchant’s own return and refund policies. LCMP cannot process refunds for products purchased from Amazon or another third party.
