1. General Refund Principles
LilCancerMan Productions reviews refund requests on a case-by-case basis unless a stricter or more specific rule is stated for a particular service, digital product, software offering, app store purchase, invoice, checkout page, or platform.
Because many LilCancerMan Productions offerings involve custom work, labor time, troubleshooting effort, digital delivery, instant-access products, or third-party platform fees, not all purchases are refundable.
2. Scope of This Policy
This Refund Policy may apply, where relevant, to:
- local and remote service work;
- website edits, technical fixes, and consulting work;
- digital products and downloads;
- software tools and apps sold directly;
- templates, files, guides, and other digital goods;
- support-related purchases where applicable;

3. Services: Before Work Begins
If a paid service is canceled before meaningful work begins, LilCancerMan Productions may, at its discretion, issue a full or partial refund depending on the timing of cancellation, payment processing fees, reserved time, and administrative effort already incurred.
Scheduling, research, communication, diagnosis, planning, or preliminary review may still count as billable effort in some cases.
4. Services: After Work Has Started
Once service work has started, refunds may be reduced or denied based on the amount of time, effort, troubleshooting, review, communication, configuration, editing, research, or delivery already completed.
Custom work, technical troubleshooting, one-on-one help, consulting time, live support, website edits, diagnostics, configuration assistance, and similar service labor are commonly non-refundable once performed in whole or in part.
5. Completed Service Work
Completed work, substantially completed work, delivered work, or approved work is generally non-refundable unless LilCancerMan Productions determines that a refund is appropriate due to a clear failure to provide the core agreed service.
Dissatisfaction based on preference changes, later business changes, third-party platform issues, delayed client responses, or changed goals does not automatically entitle a client to a refund.
6. Digital Products, Downloads, and Files
Due to the nature of digital goods, downloadable products, instant-access files, templates, documents, PDFs, software packages, guides, and similar digital items are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, the file has been delivered, or the download has been made available.
Refund exceptions may be considered in limited cases such as a duplicate purchase, a failed delivery that cannot be corrected, or a major technical defect that makes the product unusable in a way substantially inconsistent with its stated description.
7. Software, Apps, and Digital Tools
Refunds for software, apps, license-based tools, digital utilities, or other technology products may depend on how the item was sold or delivered.
If the purchase was made through a third-party platform such as Google Play, the Apple App Store, Gumroad, Stripe-hosted checkout, or another marketplace or processor, that platform's own refund rules, timelines, and limitations may apply.
LilCancerMan Productions is not responsible for overriding or bypassing platform-controlled refund systems.
8. Support Payments, Donations, and Voluntary Contributions
Support payments, voluntary contributions, and personal or project-support transactions are generally non-refundable unless required by law or unless LilCancerMan Productions chooses to make an exception.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, support or donation-style payments made through LilCancerMan Productions pages are not charitable donations to a registered nonprofit organization.
9. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will typically not be issued for situations such as:
- change of mind after purchase;
- buyer remorse after receiving access or delivery;
- failure to read the product or service description;
- lack of technical knowledge by the purchaser;
- incompatibility caused by the buyer's own environment, setup, or platform choices;
- platform policy changes or third-party outages;
- client delay, lack of response, or failure to provide needed materials;
- completed custom work or consumed service time;
- requests made outside any stated refund window.
10. Possible Exceptions
LilCancerMan Productions may consider a full refund, partial refund, service credit, revision opportunity, replacement file, or other reasonable remedy in situations such as:
- a clear accidental duplicate purchase;
- a verified payment error;
- non-delivery that cannot be reasonably corrected;
- a major product defect clearly attributable to the delivered item itself;
- a service that was paid for but could not be meaningfully started or delivered.
Any exception remains at the sole discretion of LilCancerMan Productions unless a different remedy is required by applicable law or binding platform rules.
11. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact LilCancerMan Productions first before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that a reasonable good-faith attempt can be made to review the issue.
Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in denial of future service, revocation of access where permitted, or the submission of relevant documentation to the payment provider in defense of the transaction.
12. Refund Request Timing
Refund requests should be made within a reasonable time after the issue is discovered. Delayed requests may be denied if the relevant service was completed long ago, access was already granted, files were delivered, or the applicable payment platform no longer permits a refund.
13. How Refunds May Be Issued
If a refund is approved, LilCancerMan Productions may choose an appropriate remedy such as:
- a full refund;
- a partial refund;
- a replacement file or corrected delivery;
- a service credit;
- a revision or reasonable corrective attempt.
Refund timing may depend on the payment processor, bank, card issuer, app store, or other third-party system involved in the original transaction.
14. Third-Party Platform Purchases
Some LCMP offerings may be sold, processed, or delivered through third-party platforms. In such cases, the platform may control checkout terms, refund timing, dispute handling, access, taxes, fees, and payout behavior.
LilCancerMan Productions is not responsible for third-party platform delays, refusal decisions, fee deductions, or policy changes.
